New here...I purchased a used Phantom Pro 3 4k. No matter what I use, iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet I can not get the DJI camera to come up on the device for auto flight. I was told I probably need to replace the USB port in the transmitter. I purchased the part, but I can't figure out what kind of screws are on the back of the transmitter. Is there a special tool I need to purchase? I purchased this thing to help locate a missing dog in a rural area and time is of the essence. Thanks in advance for your help!

HAve you checked the type of usb cable you are using, I had the same problem but when I changed cables it worked, a friend explained that some cables are charge only you need a high speed data cable hope this helps. Be lucky...
