Hang on,
Long story short, crashed my prov2 in 2019,(waited because of a lot of reasons)

Sent Phantom to Drone Nerds Miami FL, (Bought he drone in "19 from the as refurbished.)
sent it back (7-10-24ish), torque marked the screws, just to see if they'd even open it up. AFTER 2 WEEKS of them having it, they didn't open it up , told me they couldn't repair it "as it was EOL, end of life (didn't even try) I think they powered it up, saw what it was doing and said not only NO but hell no.
Gimbal does a little start up dance and I get an intermittent picture, they told me it needs a new gimbal, ok cool , how much? No go, even offered to sell it back to them cheap, nope, They wanted to charge me shipping and the diagnostic fee(104$) I got a little angry and said no, ( I'm an old Marine, I know when I'm getting the shaft) They sent it back No charge. after nasty emails from them and me, it went all the way up to a V.P. (I have the emails)

I love My Phantom 4 Pro V2 I want it fixed, sent it to them Because they're an authorized DJI repair shop, never expected the crap show clusterfluck it turned into, Im a tech, I can fix it myself with the right parts as long as I know which ones to replace, Need a new one(gimbal)? or ribbon cables, yaw motors etc,?

I have an Auto nano+ with 3 Batteries I can trade for the gimbal I need.
Ebay has the gimbal I need at $400ish but I'm leery of the sellers.

In my mind, Drone Nerds were totally unprofessional , if you could see the 1st emails from them to me it was totally unprofessional .
Please help

Sorry to say I have heard this stuff a few times about Drone Nerds.
Actually, from memory I don't remember any buddy posted that they where great.

I ask what really need?
All related to Gimbal stuff to a P4?

Rod .

If possible open a repair ticket with DJI. After diagnostics you will be offered a like new replacement at a very reasonable cost. I've done it a few times with no hassle and they even cover shipping both ways. Ship drone only, no assesories. In 2 weeks a new one arrives for as little as $200, maybe a little more nowadays. But cheap
PS: you don't even have to be original owner

Droneted Pops in out.

Someone posted his video help page on another thread.

Tell recently I caught his name is DroneTed

I will look for that link.

I am watching from a distance. Always glad to help. I have been pretty busy getting ready to move (again)
No problem, sent it back to DJI , took 2 days for them to diagnose and reply what needed done, I paid about $333 and got it back in less than 2 weeks, should have sent it to them in the 1st place but live and learn. Gotta say DJI customer support is top notch!
