update on the batteries ordered from DJI

I just chatted online with DJI sales about my 2 extra batteries ordered on the 17th.
Although my online order says pending, it is confirmed.
The website says batteries will ship 10 to 15 days after payment is confirmed.
I asked if they were in stock, Ann from DJI said they were.
I was told they would ship after 15 day's, which is Friday.
But she also said to re chat on Friday to push for the shipping.

I used chat because DJI sales has not yet responded to my emails.

Anybody need a job? I think they need more help in shipping.
 
Interesting because I've received today the email for the shipping of a p3a, but no extra battery. They will ship it later this month...
 
Having used the dji "chat" I would just have to say, take ANYTHING they say with a grain of salt. Sorry to be a downer but the chat is as much a joke as their service is...jmho
 
@Tim D I'd be a little pissed myself. Here it is I paid on the 27 of May and payment was confirmed literally same day and still pending shipment. So you mean to tell me that they have stock but can't ship out the product, f**king ridiculous!!I'm gonna call DJI everyday until its shipped :D:D:D
