Update impossible, the RC led stays red

I try to install the latest firmware in my P3 Pro:
- no problem for the aircraft,
- but it's impossible to update the RC:
. I go through the SDCard inserted in the gimbal and containing the .bin;
. I connect the RC through the USB cable;
. the RC led remains red when it should be blue first ... if the RC update finishes successful, l know that the led will be green.
So the led is permanently red and nothing happens after 10 mn.
Do you have an idea ?
