Up grading dji firmware

When up grading  firmware, for example; Assistant software v.3.4 to v.3.6 should you Uninstall the older version  from the computer, and driver?or do you just leave the older version  installed?thank you for your help and advise.

The driver doesn't seem to change often. It was last updated on 1/18/2013. That said, there is no need to reinstall it.

There is no need to uninstall the old version of the Phantom/RC Assistant application when upgrading. You'll no longer need the old versions, so uninstalling them will do nothing more than declutter your computer. And, if that's important to you, then, uninstall them

Thank you msinger for the input and advise.When I update I will probably delete the older firmware version then to keep clutter up.As long as it doesn't mess everything up.
