Unidentified blinking LED

On the right side of my Vision 2, just above the rear anti-vibration pad, and on the curve of the aircraft body, there is a little hole that almost looks like a screw access hole. But while trying to connect to the Phantom Assistant, this little spot slowly blinked red.

After a while it stopped, and I tried to make it start again by rebooting the Vision, but no luck. Anyone know what this light communicates? I can't find it in the manual.
