Many have been shown to cause erratic flight behavior. It's safest to use OEM DJI props. They are designed for the Phantom and have been tested extensively.

More blades equal less efficiency and odd numbers are difficult to balance.
The need for more blades is to reduce disc diameter either due to available power or for fuselage or ground clearance (for example).
There is no 'bolt-on' performance increase by merely switching to 3 blades.
There's a lot involved here but the MC is what limits the Phantom's performance not the props.

Two vs three blades is a perpetual discussion topic in RC.
Generally a three blade is subject to rpm .... the higher the rpm ... the lower the amount of gain you get. Its due to blade interaction ---
Most RC planes that use 3 blades experience about 1/3rd increase in thrust - quite often to maintain load similar to two blade - the diameter is reduced slightly.
This then allows a smaller prop to be used.
For the Phantom - changing props design or size will not create much difference - as the Flight Controller adjusts power to the motor for given commands. If the prop has more thrust - the power is reduced etc.
So question is - why play with props when result will be flight as per FC ? Its not like normal RC where you get greater aerobatics or speed or performance range.
As another says - DJI stock props are best all-rounders designed for the job.
