Ok um does your drone have vs module underneath it,,if so it is a p3se if no unit it's a p3s,,,,,I'm tend to be thinking this is p3se

on the packaging there is written standard phantom 3

Yes it's a p3s,not a se,,been stretching my head on this,I see if I can replicate same issue with mine,

Na mine comes up different,,even pressing 3 lines I get a option to roll back

Here's another thing to try,,,,you can try reinstall app and maybe another device to try to eliminate fault on that part,,,me have to pick up I got stuff everywhere and can't move,,if something comes to my crazy mind I post it,,,sure this is something simple but can't click
