Guys need some quick help here...........What's the name of the small white quad that looks like the phantom (but smaller)? It seems like several of you own it and say it's fun to fly, learn, on and that it's economical. I think it cost about $100? I have seen several of you post pics of it lately but can't find the post on forums. Thanks in advance!

You're probably referring to either a Hubsan or Syma. You can find some popular practice quadcopters here.

get the X5C-1 upgraded 2015 model, I liked it so much I bought one for a friend of mine

Got my X5C-1 last week, loving it so far... even ordered 5 spare batteries with a charger.

(by the way, love your Star Trek avatar... lol..)

Oh wow I gotta get one and try it out! How long does it fly on a single charge?

If it's not in my forum SIG, then I don't know. ;-)

Most small drones will help teach you the basics, and all your muscle memory.

I think about 7-10 minutes, but haven't really timed it.

I also got one of these last week...

I also got the x5, so much fun! In many ways more than the phantom since I am not in total fear of a crash....

I've thought about practicing with a syma, but with that weight difference does it really handle like a p3 in atti mode?
