Should my Aircraft really look like this?

I have noticed that one of the axis motors on my P4 has what I would describe as excessive play, just look at the positions at the extremes. Everything appears to work just fine although I have noticed that I have to correct the gimbal horizon to fix the camera alignment. Can someone please tell me if this amount of play is normal and if not what may be done to correct it?

hmm... it looks a bit better than mine.. thanks for showing me this.

Are there any engineers out there that might be able to explain this and maybe suggest a remedy?

It's an Electric motor, it should have no play at all. There's likely a retaining clip that is either missing or has slid out of position. In any case, I would get a hold of DJI and send it in for repair.

Thanks Chopstix, that 's exactly why I was asking... I wonder if anyone has an exploded diagram of the gimbal motor or if someone could take the cover of theirs and send me a photo for comparison. (please)
