RC Antenna Broken

I broke one of my RC antennas, took to the technician here but they advised that the RC should be replaced around 354$ in Dubai.

Any idea if it can be fixed? or should i replace the RC, any advises please?

DJI does not sell replacement remote controller antennas, so the technician probably just didn't have one on hand. Other than sending your remote controller back to DJI to be repaired, you could check with other repair shops to see if they have that part on hand from a previous repair or you might be able to find a remote controller being sold for parts online.

just put a dbs mod on it .then you will never have to worry about broken antennas

Buy a used GL300A controller on eBay, about $150. You'll have better range since its has more transmit power than your GL300C.
