With all the stuff users are attaching to their transmitters I'm assuming there is only so much weight that aluminum cross bar can hold. Also as more modifications come about it seems we will run out of room for all the extras plus put a strain on the transmitter case or cross bar.

I have the iPad mini and will eventually put a larger antenna on my repeater. Plus I have a set of Cinemizer glasses / goggles coming which will utilize the DV adapter for the iPad mini (more stuff attached). Has any one used one of these radio trays from FPV Pilot. It looks like it would be able to handle about any accessory or add on you could throw at it. Just curious and I'm sure I could build a wooden one but this looks like a viable option instead of that.
