Question on Ascent and Descent Speeds

I saw in options somewhere that you could change this. Mine is set to 100 but can go to 130. Is this the speed of the bird or is this the sensitivity of the sticks? Thanks in advance

The only thing that changes ascent/descent speeds is how far you push the left stick.
Sounds like you are talking about the adjustment of sensitivity.

I don't know if this applies to the phantom. I fly a nano qx at home. If I depend down the stairs, the nano will cavatate. It then looses some control and has a hard recovery. I think decent rates may have something to do with this.
