Phantom 4 pro signal drops out??

Hi, I have just purchased a phantom 4 pro. It only flys around 800m away than the signal drops out. Can anyone help me please???

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try to figure out what is reducing your range:

• Enable airplane mode on your mobile device
• Make sure you don't have any other electronic devices near the remote controller
• Make sure the remote controller antennas are positioned like this
• Make sure there are no obstacles between the Phantom and remote controller
• Try flying in a different location to rule out something in the flying area as the cause
