Incident date #5.1 & 5.2:

Location B
UAS: DJI Phantom 4 Pro
Incident 5.1:
-Test flew through one battery in DJI Go 4 app.
-Test flew ~1 acre of a map at a park on Drone Deploy the day before.
-The flight mission was complete.
-At the end of the mission, the drone had flight points at every corner of the polygon and then returned home (that was not a part of the Drone Deploy mission).
-The drone auto-landed.
Incident 5.2:
-At location B (construction site).
-I had a visual observer (VO) present.
-Started the drone and opened DJI Go 4 app.
-Made sure everything was updated and calibrated.
-Force closed DJI Go 4 app.
-Loaded mission in Drone Deploy.
-Got LAANC for 150 ft AGL. (THAT IS THE HIGHEST YOU CAN FLY IN THAT AIRSPACE).
-Passed pre-flight checklist.
-Started the mission. The drone took off from its home point (yellow H with a circle), flew to the start (blue dotted line), and then began its mission flight (pink dotted line).
- At the beginning of the mission (Solid red circle), the drone stopped flying, hovered, and started veering off the planned flight route (red dotted line).
-I paused the mission and pressed return to home (red circle).
-The drone proceeded to fly 375 ft AGL (Which it should not have been able to do in that airspace).
-I cancelled the return home and took control of the drone.
-I lowered the altitude to 150 ft AGL, then pressed return home again.
-The drone. started to fly towards the home point (red dotted line), but passed the home point.
-I then again paused to return home (yellow circle) and landed the drone by remote.

- The location may be the issue. 3
- DroneDeploy is causing the issues.
