Not sure what rebind it is but I turn on RC, open the app, turn the drone on and I hit the sink button on the app and hit the sink button on the drone.

Hi, I am facing a similar problem: Can't link the RC to my DJI P3 Standard. I have tried the App way of doing it or the alternative method by toggling the S2 button and turn the gimbal wheel: in both cases it triggered the beep sounds from the RC but then nothing happes: the linking LED on the P3 keeps flashing green wether I push it or not with a pen (I cannot find reference to a flashing green light in manuals: it is supposed to be red or green or flashing red). I have the feeling it is a firmware mismatch between my RC and P3 but I uploaded the latest one (1.6.80) when unboxed my P3 yesterday. I have been trying for 6 hours (searching forum, reading manuals, etc..) and it is very frustrating. Anybody can help?
I updated my p3s to the latest fw and djigo 2.8.1 , now it seems I always lost gps signal ang the craft doesnt hover stable..
