The 2 IP´s RC and AC as the mobile are static adresses for connection for each part of the system easier and faster without DCHP.
I don´t know yet how fast the up and downs stream of the P3S system really for the feed and telemetry and orders of functions mode flight.

I get one IP adress 192.186.1.1
And network camera 192.186.33

Here is a shot of the ip scan,the P3S IP´s are marked red.The first IP is the RC,the 2nd the AC the 3rd the WIFI daemon of the cam and the 4rth is the mobile or laptop. Through Phantoms WIFI you can connect only 1 mobile or laptop. not more
