I have recently purchased a used Phantom 3 Professional. The seller said that the item had been tested and worked. I got the item and the gimbal was in bad condition. After taking apart the gimbal, putting back together, and alot of firmware updates, I am having a problem with the yaw arm. Whenever I fly, the video is shakey and has the DJI jello effect. I checked the dampeners and they are intact. I noticed that the gimbal yaw in flight will not move. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

Buy another camera or return it. Other you will get frustrated if you don’t have a ata to plug into the mini usb and let it find the problem for you. The cost of one about 750.00 to 800.00 without it it’s time money and frustration. Along with many of this sites ideas and maybe this maybe that.
I had jello effect on one of mine that I purchased crashed, was a loose screw from the camera to the pitch motor tightened that up and all was well
Agree with Bayside666 check that the shaft is in the correct position and the grub screw is doing up on the flat part of the motor shaft
