First of all, thanks for the response. I don't know why, but I tried something, and it worked. I simply removed the 16gb chip, installed another that I had, and it worked. Then, I reinstalled the original, and damned if it didn't work also. Who knows???I have some questions for you:
- Is this a brand new Phantom?
- What kind of mobile device are you using?
- How did you attempt to connect your mobile device to your Phantom?
- Did you attempt to update the firmware? If so, how did you do it?
- Do you see any error messages at the top, center of DJI GO?
- Which versions do you see listed in the "General Settings" --> "About" section of DJI GO?
