P3P fan noise

Purchased a P3P 4K & while its sitting, turned on warming, inside , I'm reading battery charges & checking flight RTH height & other pre flight set up etc, the fan sounds like a turbine engine, RPMs are up & down. Weird.. None of my other aircraft have ever done this, they were quiet. Anyone noticed this ?

Changing camera top board

Has anyone done this? Apparently they can go faulty and cause the no image signal I am getting. Been quoted £300 for a new camera but perhaps a board from a crashed one would be a cheaper way to go?

For the noise - I can't hear the fan while flying.

For other drones: Spark is smaller and has a bigger & louder fan.

I’ve noticed some are noisier than others.
I agree with quaddamage, be careful about letting the P3P sit while running inside. That little fan on the gimbal,is just that, Little! Don’t want it getting too warm!

Yeah thanks I usually run a little fan on it if extended running on the floor..
