P3 Standard- slow prop speed

P3 Standard has worked fine for years, then after connecting in DJI GO, on startup, the motors run slow.
Applying takeoff speed, and they do spool up, but not enough speed to get the drone up off the ground!
Could I have a controller problem? Any suggestions are welcome!

Run a controller calibration and it will show you whether the left stick is giving full input when you push it full forward.

Doing an IMU calibration often fixes weird flight problems. Anything different happen lately, hard landing, new firmware or app, etc?

Your control sticks need calibrating i think.
