P3 ability to lock on GPS/Glonass vs P2

I have a PV2+ and live in a very wooded area where picking up consistent GPS is difficult.........does the P3 with the addition of Glonass help that issue....that alone would be a reason to upgrade for me.

The P3 is able to see more satellites. So, it should help in any area.

Yes I have noticed close to double vs my p2

Gps lock is instant even indoors with me!
P2 would struggle even outdoors!!

I never used to get more then 8, now I consistently get over 16.

My P2V+ version 2 has never had foil mod and easily gets enough sats for GPS flight. I've seen as many as 9 in the house, and 11-15 in flight.

This is a screen shot on the kitchen table.

The P3P gets 11-12 on the same table, and 18-21 in flight. It's an amazing bird, and only looks like the prior models!
