No motors will turn

Right out of box and the 4 notors on my phantom will not turn. Please help, very frustrated so far.

3. Start-up
 Momentarily complete one of the following stick combinations (shown below) to start the motors

To avoid further frustration i suggest you read the whole thing..

After installing the battery, wait until the warm up complete: (it may take up several minutes in cold weather)
In ATTI mode: you will only see flashing YELLOW
in GPS mode, only single GREEN (if GREEN/ 1 or more RED: don't fly)

Switch to ATTI mode
Pull both sticks back in any CORNERS, then the motors will be armed and you have to let go both sticks, raise the throttle within 10 seconds or it stops. Then you have to arm it again.

Raise the throttle about mid stick and wait for the Phantom to take off.
