New sign in and Ipad Air 2 Crashes on me!

Tonight was my night to have to sign in to fly in the Go 4 App. So I did it. No prob at all. I'm in the middle of a battery and all of the sudden black screnn. App crashed on me for the first time ever on my Ipad Air 2. Anybody else had the Go 4 App crash on them ever? I might add other than the crash the bird flew perfectly!

I'm afraid our birds and controlling apps are getting worse, not better. I lost GPS for the first time in over two years flying phantoms a couple of days ago. This after recently discovering the dreaded stress cracks under the motor arms. Starting to be nervous about flying my still shiney new bird.
