Good evening all. I have a P4 pro and had the urge to purchase a 3 standard just to have and experience the earlier model. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated when it comes to motor screw tightening or any other issues I should be aware of

Thanks in advance for your help[emoji41]

Really no need to buy a p3s if you already have a p4, other than using it for a back up...just my thoughts.

I went the other way and started with a P3S and moved to a P4 which to me seemed fairly logical. I hung onto the standard as a back up but got fed up with the constant signal interference issues over wifi and sold it.

tevek I'm right there with you I'm sick of the interference signal since I did the last upgrade.

Yes it was challenging at times but I ended up using a couple of safe spots to fly, got myself an iPhone 6+ and a lot of the problems went away. With the P4 I turn it on, go through a few checks and simply fly it. As for firmware upgrades, I waited until a week or so to see what others thought and then did them.

Well they need to fix it because I have never had a problem tell I did that upgrade since then it's on my tablet all the time. Just hope when I get the p4 I don't have that problem!!

Are you running the latest P3 dji app? Pretty sure you can roll back the latest firmware to the previous version. There are a few threads outlining the process. I'd link a couple for you but don't know to do that with an iPad.

Yes I running the latest I have thought about going back to the last upgrade but I'm going to stay with this right now. Scared to try something different right now [emoji3] oh don't worry about it, if I have a problem later then I'll try something. Thanks again

Thanks for all the responses. I just wanted to experience the phantom series from the start. [emoji41][emoji106]
