Hello all, sorry to make my first post a help request. I'm not sure if I have a faulty unit, or it is user error.
I bought myself a P3S yesterday.
I've read the manual, and watched quite a few of the online videos.
When I downloaded the app onto my phone, I installed the update when prompted. After charging everything, I connected the remote to the drone in the house, and was able to control the gimbal movement from the remote.
Later on, I tried my first flight. I calibrated the compass and the IMU. I could take off and the drone would hover. It is completely unresponsive to any controls from the remote, including gimbal movement. It would regularly give me the red bar warning that the RC connection was lost, and the drone would land safely. So, when I had the green status ready for take off, it takes off, will only hover and not respond to controls, and would lose connection after about a minute and land.
Any ideas or suggestions?
