Need help with firmware

My first drone I have a phantom 3standard .I,m trying to upload the firmware .I did get it in the air but I,m still getting a need to upload firmware messages .can someone tell me what I may be doing wrong

Did you update the drones firmware but not the controller, or vice versa?

With the P3S I found it easiest to update via the app.

I did the update now I get a signal lost .and still see update messages

Try doing the update again. Sometimes deleting the Go app from your device then reinstalling helps (sync your flights before deleting app if you want them saved).
