Need help reading flight log. My drone flew off. Believe it crashed. Hit return home. Never returned

Having problems getting through to Dji support. Flight logs are all in Japenese. All I need is last gps coordinate to find the dang thing.

If you upload your TXT flight log here, you can download a CSV that'll contain all of the coordinates recorded while your Phantom was sending data back to your mobile device via the downlink. If the downlink was lost at the end of your flight, you won't be able to retrieve the final position.

It just says CSV download failure due to unknown error.
