I know these exist and I can create a MOD for remote shutter release if needed.

I've seen a few 360 videos and photos using the Samsung Gear 360 Camera. They attach it to the bottom of their drone.

Its just a 360 camera. Gear 360 is what I use.

Or you can setup your drone to do spherical panoramas and stitch them together with autopano giga. You can then change the perspective and turn them into 'little planets' illustrated above.
