Login issues in Phantom Pro+ controller

First issue with my P4P+: Can't login with my account e-mail and password on the controller. Always receive "network unavailable" error. Tried to login in Facebook trough the app and had no problems at all. Any hints?
 
Had this problem with the standard. Restart the smart device (phone or whatever you have the app on) fixed it for me and it worked for others as well

FYI...its was reported on the MAVIC forum that the network was down for a while earlier.
 
Just figured out. Drone and controller must be turned on to log in. I was playing with the controller while the battery was charging and tried to log in with no avail. Thank you all
