As for an "amount"...I was under the impression that we were not allowed to fly over people.

Amount and flying over people aren't related. We can NOT fly over people (as of right now) without the waiver ~107.39.

Do you know who your clients use??

My clients are the people who hire me to fly at their jobs/homes etc. Many of them require our company to carry a min of $1M of liability insurance just be walk onto the job-site and work.
