I use "AZ Screen Recorder". A free app. It records the screen shot on the viewing device and your voice.

Litchi App will record the screen as well.

That app isn't on Iphone is it?

Jailbreak your iOS device and you can record your screen. Otherwise Litchi is the only option

I'm using the AZ Screen Recorder app on my Samsung Tablet A, and it works quite well. Here is my first test of the system:
It is easy to use, but does take a little figuring out at first. On this flight, I recorded the screen and well as the on-board camera video.
