Hong Kong flying/location tips? rooftop/park access?

I'm heading off to Hong Kong in a few days with my phantom 4 and I'm planning on going to a few of the islands, some hills and monuments, and the general cities. I know from experience that it's tough to take off in cities usually given the amount of people around so if anyone knows of anywhere that's quiet like a rooftop or park nearby to a city to take off from to get some cool shots. Also if there are any places that you recommend for me to shoot while I'm there. I'll be there for a few days so anywhere will do. Also it would be great to know if there are any outstanding laws or no fly zones that they don't show on Airmap.
