Help with video

Have had drone for 2 months now. Having trouble figuring out how to share them. I do have some on Youtube but they are raw with no editing. I've burned them on cd in mp4 under 8 gigs. When played back, quality is immediately noticeably lost and its's always jumpy. But from the chip i can play through my laptop with an hdmi to a sony 70 something inch 4k smart tv, and it plays magnificently. Any ideas are welcomed. Tried to be as specific as i could. Ty

A few more details would help:

1) What are your video settings currently?
2) Do you have any kind of video editing software?
3) When you say "played back" are you referring to YouTube or mp4 files?
