Help keeps disconnecting

Fired up the drone today as I am meeting P 1 pilot to show him what a P3 can do and after the RC and AC connect it immediately shuts down the app, I don’t even have time to press any keys, I get the camera picture then I get dumped out of the app. Have tried restart on the Ipad and rc and ac several times but no success. Any one know what the problem could be, I have picture but no data from the drone, the DJI case it lives in got dropped from about a foot if that could have jarred something loose.

All is working now, I was running the app in my lounge where my wfi router is situated I have often done when using the flight sim. I turned the wifi off and it immediately came on line, so went out and flew and all is well.
