Help DJI go with phantom 3 professional

Hello, i'm newby,
I have same problem with phantom 3 professional and latest version of DJI go.
The signal video is not good also when the drone is near my radioconteoller.
but if I use Litchi all work very nice.

the firmware inside of my ph3 pro it it latest.
What can I do?

I live in Italy

It is powerful enough.have you made sure all other apps are closed. If you run DJI go make sure litchi is not running in the background and try too kill off as many apps as you can

sorry why with litchi there isn't problem?

I'm guessing DJI-Go is more bloated than Litchi. (DJI has more settings, more aircraft, Etc).

Anybody else got the better answer?

If you put the latest FW bin file on an sd card and insert it in the drone your batteries will update automatically (if needed). I think the last update was probably July last year. The GO app will tell you if an update is available.

Controller yes, I can’t remember if it says battery might need update or if it just does it when FW file is on SD card. It’s been a while since my P3’s have been updated.

maybe it's better to put the firmware back into the sd and try to update the remote control again.
you can take a screenshot of the dji screen of the installed versions of firmware, so the comparison with mine.

App version thing might just be because I am using the GO app for Apple...

I don't think firmware is going to fix the problem.

This Statement is really vague,

What does "signal video is not good" mean?
