H3-3D gimbal issues

After spending a week teaching myself to fly the Phantom 2, I have just installed the H3-3D gimbal and GoPro.

Not sure I want to fly it yet because

• when I initialise the Phantom 2, the H3-3D does a little initialisation dance but ends up with the camera pointing a little (10-15 degrees) below horizontal.

• the two transparent retaining screw rattle and are loose ... is this right?

I'd appreciate comments and suggestions. Maybe this is as should be, but I am a cautious old guy ...

Hello, the dance is normal. The tilt limits You can control by Phantom Assistant software (Of course besides of the X1 lever [make sure it's calibrated ]) - Advanced->Gimbal. Read the gimbal settings text on the left. This screws rattle and are loose - it's also normal, but many prefer cable tie.
