Zenmuse-H3-3D Gimbal Connector

Hello

I have a Phantom 2 Vison Drone with a Zenmuse-H3-3D Gimbal which I took out of storage.

The Gimbal is for a GoPro 3 that has a USB Mini B connector (As sohown in the photo)

I what to hook up a Gopro 5 (With tape or Wire ties as the Gopro 5 is bigger and wont fit into the space on the Gimbal) that has a USB C connection

I need a USB C connector that goes on the ribbon. Is there one available anywhere. I did a quick internet sreach and didn't find one.

Would a USB Mini B to USB C adaptor work?

Does the camera have analog A/V out? How do you activate it?
That's the first set of questions you need to answer.

I once created a cable to connect SJCam (chinese knockoff of Gopro) to the gimbal. I just desoldered the mini-USB from the board you've shown, and soldered micro-usb type B on there. That was years ago, can't remember much, but I think something specific needed to be done with ID pin to set the camera USB into AV out mode.

The resulting cable worked fine. Though it was a lot more delicate than original, as the order of traces on my connector was different than in the mini-USB so some traces were not soldered straight down.
