Gimble Dead

I new to Flying the Phantom 4. Well it didn't take long before I walked it into the side of an aluminum building and the Drone landed upside down on all four spinning blades on a hard Landing. Well it starts up fine, it hovers even and flies well the problem is the gimball just hangs there. There is no control whatsoever with it. It still shows a live picture however the gimbal just hangs there. I opened it up to look and the ribbon cable is still connected properly and tight. I went into the DGI GO app and tried recalibrating it and nothing. There is nothing that says there's a problem on the screen when I go to fly it. Any suggestions on where I can go from here before I spend more money on it. I brought it used so I am assuming no warranty at this point.

Does the camera itself move at all, or is it completely limp even up/down?

Same thing happened to my P3A, there are some tiny screws on the gimbal that got knocked loose, I tightened them and good as new
