Anyone have any idea as to why I no longer have video on my device? I can control my camera/video it all works except I have no strep to my device. I've reminded and did firmware update...no success. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you

Forgot to mention...the green light on my camera stays solid green until I open the dji app
