That is an EXCELLENT article and explains quite a bit about how the company operates internally. I just hope Wang's vision of "perfection" starts to bleed through in communication and customer service. Interesting that Wang acknowledges that some flyaways are due to software malfunctions.
Also interesting that Wang admires no one. Sounds a little arrogant to me, but that's just me.
If he would only get some PR & customer service gurus who have a clue and then let them do what they are good at. (and get rid of the clown who MC'd the P3 release party LOL)
