First Range Test With The DBS Mod On The DJI Phantom 3 Standard

Cool video man.
I wouldn't have done that with the wiring on the controller though and there's a good reason why dbs does his a certain way.
Those antenna wire you have all bunched together and coiled up under the controller are fairly fragile, should be kept as straight and unbent as possible, should be kept away from eachother if possible, and should not be on the bottom of the controller where they will keep taking hits and bumps when you need to set it down.
Not harassing on you man, you obviously have a functional setup, I've seen your range test videos (great channel btw, more entertaining than some) and you are getting good distance. But I bet you can double it no problem if you clean up your install.
These antenna cables should be cared for like expensive guitar strings that will lose their tune if you monkey around with them too hard. Very important to have optimal signal path on these babies!
