P2 Firmware Firmware wireless upload won't work with android

It shows disconnecting. So I tried usb connection. Dji files for transfer cannot be read on android products. Help, can someone explain extremely simply what they did with their Android phone or tablet to upload firmware to their mavic 2 Zoom drone. It doesn't work Wireless or by USB indeed. I wrote DJI and they said they're looking into it and it appears Android and DJI don't work together.
