This upgrade version does not appear on the DJI website. Under Downloads - Firmware the only item listed is

where must I go to find the 1.05.0600 download?

Is this for the P4P or P4P 2.0? There’s different download pages for each model and it sounds like you’re describing the v2.0 download site. It’s got nothing because there has not been any firmware released for it yet.
