P4 Firmware P4P+ Maps Not Working

My current setup is as follows

Phantom 4 Pro+

Controller Firmware V01.04.03.00
App 4.3.1.4
Aircraft 01.05.0600

I have tried everything to get the maps working... Does anyone have any ides besides what I've already seen on the DJI forums as nothing has worked. I have even tried to update to the latest firmware they have on their site. (Phantom 4 Pro - Download Center - DJI) but theirs just causes my controller to loop between startup screen and whatever other app is open. Once I reboot it goes back to old version.
