FC40 flips on take off after using navam assist

I used nazam assist to try to active IOC. After that, the FC40 flips over immediately upon take off. Tried to restore factory default in nazam with no luck. Any thoughts?

Make sure your Home switch on your controller is not turned on. Being too close and having the Home switch "on" May cause it to flip.

By home do you mean the left switch? It is in the up or off position. Could I have accidentally modified this through the navam assist?
