yes you can.
there is a "wipe" .bin file that you can use to wipe all the FWs off of the controller and then load whatever you want via USB thumb drive

Old thread but I see recent activity. Struggling with downgrading the RC. Will the usb wipe.bin file work on a gl300b? If not are there any downgrade options for the 300b.?
