Don't RTH - P4P 2.0

@Dallas Drone Guy Here is what @sar104 was referring to from the data. The right and left back motors indeed shutdown. However, the odd thing ( to me ) are the ESC Temps. Note the Left Back remains at a normal temp, but the Right Front Jumps to max temp along with the Right Back. Maybe that is not odd, maybe it is??

So the two RIGHT motors jumped to max temp... but it was the two BACK motors which shut down. WEIRD!! Still waiting on diagnostics from DJI---fingers crossed they don't bone me on this one. Thanks @Fly Dawg for taking a look!

Looking closer at the graph above, looks like it was the two rights that shut down after all...so at least that part adds up. But why the off the charts heat?

The right ESC simply stopped reporting properly - the temperature readings are spurious - you can ignore them.

Hi. At 9m 50.7s is switched in ATTI mode, with 16 satellites, until 9m 51.6s ... and after show 0 satellites. This, for me, is strange because don't drop gradually.

Another thing, loss the controll, in open area and at 2400 feet distance... if I want to go near to limit (4 miles).. It's only a Forbidden Dream.

By the way, DJI opened the case... I have to wait their conclusions.

There is not enough information in the txt log to diagnose the GPS issue. If you retrieve the DAT file from your mobile device then we can probably figure out why the GPS count dropped to zero.

How to retrieve a V3.DAT from the tablet

Correct, I typed that while I was looking at an additional chart and mixed the two in my verbage. I had seperated them all, just a typo. Sorry about that..

The loss of satellites happened at 9:51.6 but in case it's a temporary thing where you fly past/under something that blocks satellite signal, the Phantom keeps the last GPS data in memory for a short time.
When it's clear that it is not a brief interruption, the Phantom drops the old GPS data and you see it showing zero satellites.

The distance where you lose signal depends on several factors, particularly the amount of local interference, how well the antennas are oriented and which frequency band you are using.
You have a choice of 2.4 GHz & 5.8 GHz.
If interference is bad on one band, changing to the other band is likely to find less interference.

Just out of curiosity, what is he going to fly under at almost 400ft? Any idea's?

Nothing, which is why I said he has a hardware problem with his GPS back in post #17
I completely agree with a hardware issue. The post quote, I realize, was a "generic" description that you were relaying to the OP. I know there was nothing flown under in this instance. It was simply the manner you worded the post that got my attention to the altitude, that's all.

Sorry, but I don't have more files.
FLY111 is the last.

Here is all DJI folder uploaded

That's strange - the DAT file index number listed in the txt log is112, but 111 does describe this flight. Anyway, as surmised earlier, it was GPS link failure:
