Dont connect to app

hi to u all. First i can say that My eng is not so good so hope u understand me.
I buy a broken ph/pro and he say he had problem with motor on it. I found out it was to long screw to all motor and after I fix it it fly and no problem but I can’t connect it to app.
I try on iPad 3/iPad Pro/iPhone 5 6 7 8/Samsung plate/android phones.
On Android it charged the phone and plate but it’s all it do and apple it’s happen nothing then I but in cable. I have no ide what it’s for update ore version on it and old owner did not know to.
Can I do smt ore what to do?

It flies -> Aircraft is functional and RC is communicating with it correctly.
Mobile device connection only charging - that suggests damaged Interface Board within RC. It is importand which RC model you have (GL300a/b/c). Also, read here:

I have 300b. Ye it fly and I can film but no app connection.

ok, GL300b -> no DaVinci processor.

1. Try opening cover of the Interface Board, cleaning and re-connecting all flat wires there.
2. Try connecting the Android device to it, and then connecting it to PC and checking kernel logs whether it registered connecting any device at all.

For details - ask Google.

If no device is registered - check connectivity of the two central USB pins within RC, with multimeter.
If a device is registered, just not the correct one - then Cypress controller is either damaged or has its programming damaged.

Link DJI Phantom 3 Professional Problems - App not connecting to the Aircraft

For the phantom3 professional, turn on the drone and remote. Hold the two buttons c1 and c2 which are on the back of remote and the record button until the remote beeps. Then release those buttons and push the dial on top right of remote until blue light on remote comes on, the light on the side of your drone should now blink green meaning it should link to your DJI GO app when oped. This worked for me.

I did and iPad show forced connect to DJI app and opened. I have tried so muth but this worked directly

What you described here is entering RC-Aircraft linking mode. I have no idea how just entering this mode could have helped with anything, especially RC-to-mobile connection.

Anyway, congrats on fixing your bird.
