Hi there,

I have crashed my P3Pro and it seems battery failed see attached log, but I have heard some people get lower voltage then mine 11V and aircraft still was ok anyway I broke gimbal arm and wire tape, ordered repaired. Now Drone is connecting to the remote control fine I can see live picture from camera and gimbal works as before but get lound beeping sound just after switching on the aircraft same as this guy here
. I have followed steps he showed without success, after few minutes my light go solid red on the gimbal.

What I noticed my battery seems ok I can charge it and light bars works fine but there is no data when checking on DJI GO App it shows 0% on all cells 0V all options seems disable.
Rest looks fine I can format SD GPS ok etc via DJI GO App

From SD Card hidden file "P3X_FW_LOG_AB" I have noticed few modules not deceted as showed below, but for some people in similar case reinstal firmware helped:

Do you thing that can be just battery problem and that is why I get very lound beeping, and can not get it working?

Thx in advance

I have crashed my P3Pro and it seems battery failed see attached log, but I have heard some people get lower voltage then mine 11V and aircraft still was ok anyway
When was the crash?
The flight record is dated August 2018: DJI Flight Log Viewer - PhantomHelp.com
The flight record shows a warning at 17:08.8 when you were climbing and flying at full speed: Propulsion output is limited to ensure the health of the battery.
You kept flying out until 18:26.9 where cell voltages showed about 3.5 volts hovering.
Coming back, there were more warnings from 18:54.7 with cell voltages at 3.4V
At 19:30.3 one cell dropped below critical low voltage (3.3v) , the battery level was showing 31%
At 19:39.2 all cells were below critical low voltage and at 19:42.1 all cells were below 3.3V
At 19:42.1 autolanding commenced - Critically Low Voltage. Aircraft will land
The battery level was showing 30%
At 20:21.8 signal was lost when the Phantom was still 113 feet up.
Although the battery level was showing 26%, cell voltages were 2.8-2.6V
The battery level was giving false information.
With cell voltages well below the critical low voltage level of 3.3V, it should have been showing 0%

Thanks for reply

I crashed it Aug 2018 repaired gimball arm and left it as it was, I have thought because of modules not detected it is serious damage, then heard people having module not detected problem even without crash so now I am back, maybe there is a chance to repair.

You said

The battery level was giving false information.
With cell voltages well below the critical low voltage level of 3.3V, it should have been showing 0%

Does it mean this is battery problem despite I can charge it without problem?
Battery is from 2015, I did around 70 charge cycles but mayby time (old battery) is crucial here.

I do not get why DJI App can not see any voltage on battery section I can not set critical voltage etc it is just no data.
